DEVIL-ish Little Things Museum is a home-turned-museum 11 miles north of Portland, Oregon, showcasing a passionate collection of devil-themed European novelties—think devil figurines, krampus masks, satyr statuettes, antique jewelry, books, lamps, matchboxes, and more.
Collector Marion Held transformed a 1911 church into her personal shrine to the horned and mischievous. The atmosphere is cozy yet eerie, with items displayed in intimate nooks and crevices. Visit by appointment only for a small guided group (2–12 people), enjoy tea and a tour for around $8–22, and maybe even handle some of the eccentric pieces.
Despite its modest size, the museum is immersive and charmingly weird. Highlights include seasonal krampus trees, a ‘50s Witco-style bar lounge downstairs, puppets, ceramics, and a ‘Devil’s Lounge’ atmosphere perfect for dark tourism enthusiasts and lovers of the uncanny.
